Processing and shipping time
Processing and assembly of our products can take 1 to 7 Weeks. After a product is done being crafted and assembled, it is shipped out. Shipping times may vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the location of the customer.

 

Shipping costs

All shipping and handling costs are handled on our end, however customers may be subject to sales tax. Specific products in the future may be exempt from free shipping. As of now all products contain free shipping at checkout.

Carrier delays and losses

We are not responsible for any shipping-carrier delays or lost packages at the fault of third-party shipping companies.

Customs or zone-specific rules

Customers accept full responsibility for receiving packages in zones/areas that require signing. We are not responsible for any packages lost due to signee failure.
